   5.2 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any User Content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.
6. Limitations of Liability
   6.1 No Warranty: The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
   6.2 Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Updoor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
7. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Updoor and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
8. Termination
   Updoor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofUK . Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in  London.
